Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s Processed/dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
- Orders Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified after order Processed/dispatched/out for delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
- Automatic Order Processing: Our system is designed to process orders promptly to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse or supplier for processing and cannot be stopped or altered.
In case of any cancellation from the seller/vendor due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund as per the payment will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Buildoshop reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Buildoshop also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
